What is Elemental/Polarity Reflexology™?
Elementary/Polarity Reflexology™ is a form of reflexology incorporating energy balancing with point specific work on the feet that reflex to the body systems. Integrating the ancient art of Ayurvedic reflexology with the modern energetic principles of Polarity, and is based on the concept of the inter-relationship of the five elements: Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. What sets Elemental/Polarity Reflexology™ apart is its foundation in the assessment and balancing of these five elements.
Elemental/Polarity Reflexology™ is focused exclusively on the feet, because in polarity, they are the most negative pole in the body-the place where energy is the most dense and tends to crystallize and become blocked. Working on the feet frees up this stagnant energy, allowing it to be released and flow freely throughout the body. Is suited for all ages and many conditions.

What is REIKI?
Developed in Japan in 1921 by Mikao Usui and brought to the United States in 1938, Reiki is a light touch healing technique which gently facilitates each person's own ability to find and maintain balance in body, mind and spirit. Often known as a spiritual healing practice, Reiki often serving as a bridge to a better connection with yourself and others.
The modality is based on the belief that there is an energetic flow in and through all living things. When this energy is low or blocked, we are more likely to not feel well or feel stressed. The Chinese intention of “moving chi" to bring balance into the body is also the foundation for the proven modalities of acupuncture, acupressure, tai chi, and qi gong. A Reiki session restores this flow of energy, naturally helping the body's own innate ability to rediscover wellness.
What people use Reiki to help with? Here is a snapshot:
Relaxation
Migraines, back pain or other discomfort
Anxiety, saddness
Emotional Wellbeing
Chronic pain
Fatigue
Increased sense of well-being and self-awareness
Increase in energy
Strengthen your immune system
Sleep
There are many other reasons people use reiki to support their wellbeing, this list is to give you an idea. It is important to note that Reiki should not take the place of medical treatments. This is a fantastic modality to add to your self-care.
